Systems Note: Tighten the Feedback Loop

Early testing only helps when the path from interest to a useful signal is short. That is the work behind the MindMark closed-testing flow.

The focus

The site gives prospective testers a specific place to raise their hand, provide the details needed for access, and understand what they are joining. That is a better starting point than collecting vague interest and trying to reconstruct context later.

For a small product, the loop is simple: signups lead to invites, invites lead to feedback, and feedback leads to the next focused iteration. Every extra handoff weakens the signal.

Why the public site matters

A product page is not just a brochure. It is part of the experiment. It explains the value, creates an intentional entry point, and gives the work a visible place to gather evidence.

That is also why I am keeping the active projects, experiments, and older builds clearly separated. People can only give useful feedback when the current scope is legible.

Lesson learned

Do not wait for a large audience to build a feedback system. Build the smallest loop that can turn one real response into a better next decision.
